Cancellation Policy

At Wellness Theory, we are committed to providing exceptional care and service. To respect both your time and the time of our team, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Appointment Cancellations:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, a $150 cancellation fee will be charged.

  • No-shows (failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice) will also incur a $150 fee.

2. Membership Cancellations:

  • Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to hello@wellnesstheorymi.com

  • 30 days' notice is required for membership cancellations.

  • There is no cancellation fee for membership cancellations. However, members are still required to fulfill any remaining payments for the month in which the cancellation is requested.

3. Late Arrivals:

  • If you arrive late for an appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate other clients.

  • Full charges will apply to the scheduled treatment, regardless of session length.

4. Changes to the Policy:

  • Wellness Theory MI reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or during their appointment.
